Privacy policy

DMFalcon stores account profile data needed to operate the app, including your app user name and email address.

When you connect Instagram, DMFalcon stores the connected Instagram account ID, username, display name, account type, profile picture URL when provided by Meta, granted scopes, token status, webhook subscription status, and encrypted access-token storage fields.

DMFalcon stores media metadata for posts and Reels you own, including Instagram media IDs, captions, media type, media product type, thumbnail/media URLs, permalinks, and publish timestamps.

To run automations, DMFalcon stores automation settings such as selected media, automation names, keywords, private reply messages, public comment reply options, automation status, and reply limits.

When comments are received through Meta webhooks, reviewer test mode, or authorized comment polling, DMFalcon stores comment IDs, comment text, commenter IDs/usernames when available, matched keywords, processing source, and safe processing metadata.

DMFalcon stores reply jobs and reply logs that show whether a private reply was queued, sent, failed, skipped, or retried. These logs are used for reviewer verification, troubleshooting, and duplicate-send prevention.

DMFalcon uses Instagram data only to show your connected professional account, list your owned media, match comment text against automation keywords, queue private replies, send private replies through Meta APIs when permitted, and show activity logs in your dashboard.

DMFalcon does not sell Instagram data. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used server-side for authorized Instagram API requests.

You can disconnect Instagram from the dashboard. Disconnecting revokes the active connection inside DMFalcon and stops automation operations for that connection.

You can permanently delete your DMFalcon account and app data from Settings after confirming your account email and current password. This removes stored Instagram connection records, media metadata, automations, comment events, reply jobs, and reply logs associated with the account.

For privacy or deletion requests, email the app operator using the contact address listed in the Meta app review submission or on the production DMFalcon site.
