Data deletion

Data deletion instructions

Use these instructions to disconnect Instagram or permanently delete your DMFalcon account and app data.

Disconnect Instagram

  1. Log in to DMFalcon.
  2. Open Dashboard, then Settings.
  3. Select Disconnect Instagram.

What disconnecting does

Disconnecting marks the Instagram connection as revoked in DMFalcon and prevents automations for that connection from sending new replies. Existing activity records may remain so you can audit what happened before disconnecting.

Delete your account and app data

Log in to DMFalcon, open Dashboard, then Settings, and select Delete account. Type your account email and enter your current password to confirm the permanent deletion.

Account deletion removes stored Instagram connection records, media metadata, automation settings, comment events, reply jobs, and reply logs associated with the account. If you cannot access your account, email the app operator using the contact address listed in the Meta app review submission or on the production DMFalcon site.

Meta app removal

You can also remove DMFalcon from your Meta or Instagram connected apps settings. Removing app access may invalidate future API access but does not delete records already stored in DMFalcon.
